Postpartum Mama & Baby Fit

Join Nicole Radziszewski of Mama's Gotta Move in strengthening your postpartum body while learning how to move well with your baby! In this class, you'll learn the basics of safely returning to exercise after pregnancy, including exercises you can do at home with your little one(s), considerations for training with incontinence and/or diastasis recti (abdominal separation that frequently occurs after pregnancy), and a strategy for optimizing pelvic floor function while building full-­body strength.

Class is capped at 6 participants. Recommended for moms with babies ages 6 weeks to nine months (or not yet mobile).
