Prenatal Yoga

Yoga can help prepare you physically and emotionally for birth and beyond. Spend one hour deepening your breath, creating space in your body, improving circulation, and connecting to your baby. Variations will be provided based on your stage in pregnancy. Bring a yoga mat, and get ready to start building your mama community! All levels welcome. Please register in advance so that we can anticipate class size.
