Yoga to restore, relieve tension and rejuvenate your postpartum body. In a supportive environment, this class will focus on healing your core and pelvic floor so you can feel empowered, energized and strong. You will learn proper breathing and alignment to bring healing and rebuild core muscles (yes they are still there, come learn how to use and strengthen them with yoga.) We will give gratitude to our incredible bodies by focusing on what you can do. Find empowerment with your abilities to accept and celebrate the postpartum journey. This class is open to postpartum moms at all stages of their journey. No yoga experience required.
