Nurturing Mama Circle

Many women experience some mild mood changes during or after the birth of a child and 15 to 20% of women experience more significant symptoms of depression or anxiety. This group is a place for moms who’ve recently had a baby and need extra support during the postpartum period. This a great opportunity to connect with other moms and learn skills that can help during this time. Partners are welcome.
