Core Restore Pilates

Have you tried exercises to tone your abs only to feel like they look the same or worse?  Are you overwhelmed by the conflicting advice about the “right” and “wrong” exercises to do?  Do you feel disconnected or weak in your core after baby?  This program is for you! This class is led by Carrie Koziol, physical therapist, pre and postpartum pilates specialist, and Diastasis Recti Expert.

There is so much conflicting information for women with abdominal separation. How do you know what’s safe? How do you know if your efforts will result in a stronger and leaner core? When Carrie developed a diastasis between her second and third pregnancy, she began a frustrating and fruitless search for a well-organized rehab protocol leading her to specialized training in another country.  Carrie returned to the United States with a passion to help other women heal their cores as well. Don’t keep guessing. Trust the expert.

6 week series: 3/24, 3/31, 4/7, 4/14, 5/5, 5/12
